Equine Guided Interaction

This service offers an immediate experience of relating to horses in an incredibly safe, structured, and supported way that provides a valuable opportunity for learning about self and relationships. These sessions take place in the North Bay and are available with individuals, families, partnerships, and groups. No previous horse experience is necessary.

I’ve been an equine enthusiast, seeing horses as my friends and teachers, since childhood. Without this experience and the mentorship received in this arena (pun intended) of my life I most likely would not have gone to college and surely my early adulthood would have looked very different. It’s a joy to combine my callings and an honor to share these offerings.

Feeding Your Demons

As a certified Feeding Your Demons® psychotherapist facilitator I’m able to guide individuals and couples through this practice in a way that supports its therapeutic application and transformative potential.

Using a 5-step, active-imagination guided-meditation process developed by Lama Tsultrim Allione, this approach offers an opportunity to transform what obstructs and works against us into what guides and supports us.

It's a practice based on the Buddhist beliefs and sensibilities that it is through compassion and understanding one is able to gain greater freedom and liberation from suffering and struggle.

Because it is highly structured and also has the participants experience at the center, it's an incredibly supportive and effective modality to gain tangible and immediate resources that are also depth-oriented.

The facilitation offered typically includes preparation before the process, being guided through the practice, and support afterward integrating the experience. I welcome discussion before meeting.

Yoga Therapy

The Yoga Therapy I offer combines postural movement and body awareness with psychological awareness and emotional movement.

I am dedicated to providing an experience that is educational and empowering for all bodies of varied abilities and diverse expressions.

I am especially interested in supporting those in the healing and helping professions utilize Yoga in ways that are nourishing and inspiring.

I’m a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and is committed to upholding the code of ethics outlined by this organization.

My aim is to tailor each offering to meet the intentions and goals set forth by the participant(s), and recognize this can look many different ways.

I’m available to work with individuals, couples, and groups, as single sessions or ongoing, and welcome discussion before meeting.
